Introducing Viadukt

We’ve successfully launched Viadukt for The Naples Players, creating a visually engaging interface that enhances accessibility and supports customer engagement.

With a multilingual integration offering four language options and a membership system that serves both patrons and the organisation’s extensive volunteer programme, we have created a more inclusive and seamless digital experience.

The challenge

Before adopting Viadukt, The Naples Players encountered several user-experience obstacles during the first phase of their two-part digital overhaul.

The Solution

By implementing Viadukt, we overcame these challenges with thoughtful design, tailored features and insights from the local community.

Accurate translations

Collaborating with members of the TNP community enabled us to develop a structured and accurate translation of each language, ensuring translations captured the correct tone and nuance. We were also able to implement translations into their email communications for a consistent customer experience.

Enhanced volunteer membership tools

Volunteer information was redesigned by sourcing the information taken from the API call to the Tessitura database. We were then able to display the information so it was immediately visible and easier for volunteers to understand

Clarity in accessibility booking

The booking interface was updated to clearly explain what the sensory room is, including an image of what it looks like. It also explains who it can support and the additional access needs it can accommodate. This improved accessibility and reduced audience confusion during the booking process.

A New Education Pathway

A new education pathway has now been introduced, no longer reliant upon the data provided by the TNEW API.

The impact

Since introducing Viadukt, The Naples Players have seen real improvements across both customer and volunteer touchpoints. Accurate translations now make their website and email communications accessible in multiple languages, visual data-informed dashboards help volunteers stay up to date, and clearer sensory room descriptions make the booking process easier for neurodiverse audiences. With a new website coming in Phase 2, the organisation is well set for continued growth.
