Ticketing integration

Our e-commerce and ticketing work delivers efficient and effective solutions for our clients and their users.

We’ve been working with a variety of ticketing systems for over 15 years. And lots of our team have in-house experience at ticketing partners or cultural organisations working in ticketing, digital and technical roles, so we come with lots of expertise too.

Tessitura

A large number of our clients use Tessitura. From building powerful custom functionality with the REST API through to optimising TNEW, we have loads of experience working with all aspects of the system.

Integrating with Tessitura and TNEW

We have a deep understanding of Tessitura’s functionality and technical architecture and a close, collaborative working relationship with the team at Tessitura.

  • We actively sponsor, attend, and present at Tessitura Europe and Tessitura Learning and Community Conferences, ensuring our expertise aligns with your needs.
  • We specialize in optimizing Tessitura’s purchase path, TN Express Web (TNEW). We leverage its core features, extend functionality where needed, and ensure it looks great and performs seamlessly.
  • Our team is skilled in working with Tessitura’s REST API, enhancing user journeys with features like upselling, membership benefit redemption, and e-ticket delivery for digital wallets.

We understand Tessitura serves all areas of your organization—ticketing, admissions, development, and more. We collaborate across teams to maximize your Tessitura setup and elevate your digital experiences.

Spektrix

We work with many Spektrix-using organisations to help them make the most of the Web Components and iframes, and to explore how their web experiences can be improved by integrating with v3 of the API.

Integrating with Spektrix

We work closely with the product team at Spektrix to ensure that our work aligns with and complements the Spektrix product & service roadmap.

  • We are active members of the Spektrix community and regularly work with the team to improve our websites.
  • We’ve been working with the Spektrix iframes, and more recently the web components, for over a decade. We know exactly what’s possible and love to explore new ideas that best suit an organistion’s specific needs.

We also have extensive experience working with v3 of the Spektrix API, both to deliver functionality that complements the web components and iframes, and also to power completely custom solutions.
