The AI Briefing
What is it?
An in-house workshop with our experts to help you review, discuss and decide how you will approach AI tools within your organisation. Unlike public training, this session will be specifically tailored to your organisation’s unique context.
When is this useful?
The arts and culture sector is currently wrestling with AI, a technology that has changed, and will continue to change, how we live and work. From an organisational perspective you may be early in your considerations of how you use AI tools, what the ethical and legal implications are and the ways in which AI tools could help save time for your teams. We understand this is a tricky issue and there are strong feelings about what the long term impact of AI will be on creative sectors.
You will likely have a range of levels of expertise across your key internal stakeholders, this session will bring you all to a level of understanding so that it is easier to move forward with a clear and practical AI policy and adoption plan.
What do we do?
We will facilitate a guided workshop which will help you to develop a context appropriate approach to how you consider AI. We will take you through our tried and tested process to help you reach a collective view of using AI. We recommend the session includes cross-departmental representatives and one or two Board members if relevant.
We will cover the following areas (tailored to your organisation):
- Introduction to AI – ethics, tools, potential impacts (positive and negative)
- Review of current approach by your organisation – barriers, concerns, opportunities
- Examples of how other arts and culture organisations are using AI
- Developing your own roadmap and policy
What do you get?
- Pre workshop session to ensure the facilitator understands where you are now as an organisation, any challenges, points of contention and a clear brief for what you would like to achieve in the session
- A 5 hr facilitated workshop which will include a mix of knowledge transfer and interactive discussions. This can be held in person or virtually.
- Follow up summary notes and clearly defined next steps
It will leave your team feeling informed, confident and with a clear roadmap for the next steps
