The Bridge is a new theatre which opened in Autumn 2017 and is run by Sir Nick Hytner and Nick Starr. This ambitious, collaborative project launched in April 2017.
We delivered a best-in-class ticket-purchasing user experience through a sophisticated integration with The Bridge’s ticketing platform, Spektrix, alongside implementing the new brand (developed by koto) online for the first time.
The Bridge Theatre project presented a unique challenge. The design and build of a new website for a venue that didn’t yet exist, had no brand, a skeleton team and ambitions to produce a sector-leading user experience.
From the outset the team at The Bridge were clear, they wanted to look for inspiration from outside the arts sector to deliver an unapologetically straight-forward ticket buying experience.
