  • An understanding of web technologies
  • An understanding of technologies used by cultural organisations (ticketing, fundraising, ecommerce, CRM, etc), specifically systems such as Tessitura or Spektrix, would be beneficial, but is not essential.
  • Able to manage changing priorities, and handle periods where there are numerous active projects at different stages in their lifecycles
  • Experience managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
  • Confident chairing large, multi stakeholder meetings (in person and remotely via Zoom/Teams)
  • Excellent communication skills; knowing how to be firm but fair, and having empathy in difficult situations
  • Have experience of working in a start-up or agency environment, and working with clients in the UK, North America and mainland Europe.

You...

  • Are an enthusiastic self-starter and problem solver
  • Are good at spotting and fixing the smaller issues before they develop into bigger problems
  • Know how to provide exceptional customer service, delivery and training.
  • Are passionate and informed about digital products
  • Have great organisational skills
  • Are able to prioritise logically and efficiently
