Introducing our new Support Manager, Kelly Enderwick

Author: Ash Mann

We’re very pleased to announce that Kelly Enderwick will be joining us at the end of this month to take up the role of Support Manager.

This new role will allow us to continue to improve the specialist, focused support we provide to the 45 (and counting) cultural institutions in Europe and North America with whom we have close, collaborative ongoing relationships.

Kelly brings over a decade of experience working in cultural institutions to the role. She has held data, ticketing and CRM focused roles at organisations including Sage Gateshead, Southbank Centre, Edinburgh International Festival, Edinburgh’s Capital Theatres and the Tyneside Cinema, as well as having sat on the Tessitura Network’s influential Membership Advisory Committee.

Kelly says, “The opportunity to work with such a broad, diverse range of cultural organisations is really exciting.

I’ve long admired the work Substrakt do, and the way they do it so I can’t wait to join the team and start supporting cultural folks to make the most of their digital tools and activity.”

I have known Kelly for a number of years due to us both working in the same sector and I’m delighted and excited to have such a talented, experienced, passionate and wonderful person joining us at Substrakt. Plus she’s another runner to add to the slowly-growing Substrakt running club, you can never have too many runners in your team!
